Responsibilities

You'll be working with the business team and operations team, your job scope will primarily be:

  • Plan and implement projects

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Define tasks and required resources

  • Collect and manage project team

  • Manage budget

  • Allocate project resources

  • Create schedule and project timeline

  • Track deliverables

  • Support and direct team

  • Lead quality assurance

  • Monitor and report on project progress

  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

  • Evaluate and assess result of project

Our office is in Plaza Kelana Jaya (5 mins to Paradigm Mall) - you will have a work station here.

Requirements

You must have:

  • experience with project management tools especially Trello

  • theoretical and practical project management knowledge i.e. Scrum

  • knowledge of project management techniques and tools

  • knowledge in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

  • knowledge of Google Suites application (Slides, Sheets, Doc)

more than anything else, we're expecting that you'll be a quick learner, proactive enough to ask the right questions, and tenacious in executing and getting things done - and have fun doing it!

Salary

600 - 1500 MYR
