Technical Support

A company specialized in Mobile Apps & Services is looking for ENERGETIC and SPONGY (good for absorbing knowledge) guys/gals who'd love to work for Happiness & Money. You will be creating solutions for Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

Monitor & Support Live SMS/MMS/Mobile Apps.

Operate & Maintain Production Servers health and usage.

Systems & applications Level 2 support/ troubleshooting, assist development team and products team to roll out services/patches.

Database Administration

Assist Customer Service Dept in solving cases

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Quick learner with keen interest in Smartphone Technologies.

Required skill(s): MS Windows Server or Linux, MSSQL/MYSQL, basic TCP/IP networking.

Preferred sill(s): Knowledge of PHP, .net, Java or Perl will be an added advantage.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
