Responsibilities

  • Develop media plans, budgets, and channel splits to promote a digital-only product
  • Execute quality campaigns, making continual adjustments to creative angles, targeting, and bidding on various buying platforms
  • Analyze media spend datasets to create daily reports and communicate status and progress internally
  • Optimize targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation
  • Work with key platforms, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities
  • Set target goals and recommend digital strategies
  • Maintain relationships with technology partners; staying up to speed on new developments
  • Closely collaborate with design for ad effectiveness and best practices
  • Review campaign data, extract insight, optimize and build audiences using Facebook pixel

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media buying and/or planning, including Ad serving and tracking and capabilities, Facebook Pixel, analytics reporting, A/B testing, multi-variety testing
  • Strong quantitative skills and a comfort with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through
  • Personal or professional online trading experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work full-time in our office in Bangkok (working remote is occasionally ok)
