Inbound Marketing Manager

CrossTrack is a online and mobile marketplace which help customers crowd-source for the most suitable courier for their delivery jobs. The whole process will be automated by CrossTrack from when the customer request for a delivery job online - Payment,assigning courier, acquiring signatures to generating documents will be fully automated. As courier are crowd-sourced, CrossTrack will have a huge capacity with varied profile of couriers to serve the different deliveries needs.

CrossTrack is a logistics solutions company with a strong record in delivering complex delivery solutions underpinned by a proven cloud-based solution that is focused on meeting your daily delivery needs.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing of CrossTrack and it services through various platforms (e.g. EDMs, SEM, SEO)
  • Build and manage rich content that attracts qualified audience to our owned properties (e.g. blog posts, 
  • Manage pool of vendors (e.g. graphics designers, web developers, content writers, interns)
  • Analyzing and reporting marketing data and results
  • Collaborating with the team of other functions for deliverables

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with at some past experience in marketing preffered.
  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM, web analytics
  • Proficiency in marketing automation to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers
  • Energetic individual who is able to prioritize, work independently, has strong project management skill and attention to details
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Ability to work as a team member or take lead with multiple stakeholder

Salary

2500 - 3800 SGD
